Tool to Assess Equity and Inclusion in the Design of an Innovation

The purpose of this tool is to help improve the design and development of innovation to reflect and contribute to greater equity and inclusion. There are three stages to this tool: Stage 1) Innovation Identification, Stage 2) Innovation Self-assessment, Stage 3) Innovation Mapping to Equity Continuum. For the purposes of this tool, a broad definition has been adopted, some examples are included below.
