Wearable Art Festival - Shortlisting Questionnaire (Group)

This questionnaire is to be completed by those who have registered into the Wearable Art Festival and competition in either the group fashion or sculpture categories only. Please provide the information below by 2 September 2024. The Information provided will assist judges in the shortlisting process. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by WAF organisers via email by 16 September 2024.
