Participants may experience potential benefits knowing they have contributed to an increased awareness and knowledge base for psychedelic medicine. On a larger scale, we hope that the information obtained from this study may benefit the general public by contributing to advances in psychiatric treatment.

TIME COMMITMENT: The survey will take approximately 10 minutes.

COMPENSATION: There will be no compensation for participation.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA SECURITY:

Where will data be stored? All data will be stored on the Survey Monkey servers or downloaded to a password-secured storage device.
