Intro

          Recently, Fr. Todd asked the Parish Council to read the document "Living as Missionary Disciples".  Then he did an exercise with the Council where they brainstormed answers to some important questions about how OLG Parish can grow in faith.  Fr. Todd would like all parishioners to share their answers to these questions, too.  

          To conduct this survey, we are using a tool called Survey Monkey. All of your responses will be anonymous. Your survey responses are secure and encrypted. At the end of the survey, just click the DONE button to register your responses. You will be re-directed back to the Survey Monkey web site. From there, you can exit the page.
