Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy

The Mark Twain Regional Council of Governments is updating the region’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and would like your assistance. Information obtained from this survey will be used in the development of the CEDS document and will serve as a source of direction for the MTRCOG’s economic activities.

MTRCOG is a federally recognized Economic Development District and is required by the Economic Development Administration to maintain a CEDS document. Our region includes Audrain, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, and Shelby Counties.
