Thank you in advance for completing this local community member survey as a part of the City of Fitchburg's Strategic Planning process. This survey will be open through July 19, 2024 and takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.

The results from this survey will be used to provide direction to Fitchburg staff and elected officials over the next five years and to inform the strategic planning processes. General themes will be identified from survey responses, but individual answers will remain anonymous.
