13.One of our objectives in negotiations is to simplify the agreement to provide options that are easier for Engagers to understand and contract. We know that non-union commercial breakdowns tend to post an amount for the session and a separate amount for residuals. We did propose some options last round of bargaining, but the Engagers were not ready to walk down that path with us. We think they are ready now.

Recently, SAG-AFTRA concluded their Commercials Contract negotiations and were able to achieve some "all-in" options for television and digital use.
