Welcome to the 2024 Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand biennial survey. This survey provides the Association with important information to assist the Executive with strategic planning, and also provides you with information to benchmark your remuneration alongside practices of a similar profile.

Welcome to the 2024 Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand biennial survey. This survey provides the Association with important information to assist the Executive with strategic planning, and also provides you with information to benchmark your remuneration alongside practices of a similar profile.
We believe this is an invaluable tool in identifying current levels of remuneration as well as potential disparity.
As this is the eleventh survey we have conducted we now have empirical data which enables us to better understand the changes that have occurred in the health sector.
The results of the survey will be available free of charge to PMAANZ members. Non-members will be able to access the report for a fee. For a copy of the report or membership inquiries please contact admin@pmaanz.org.nz.
