The U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Coach Award honors golf coaches who have demonstrated excellence in developing youth golf at their facilities. Coaches are selected on numerous criteria found to be critical to the successful development of young golfers based on U.S. Kids Golf’s decades of experience leading the world in junior golf programs, products and tournaments.

APPLICATION DETAILS
It is strongly recommended that you review the Top 50 Kids Coach Criteria and Selection Process before continuing to the application.
Only one applicant per facility may apply for this award in any given year. Therefore, please confer with any other staff members—multiple applications from the same facility will not be considered.
The application should be completed in one sitting as your progress can not be saved from device to device.
The application consists of approximately 40 questions and 6 essays.
It is recommended that you save or back up your essay questions in a word processor or text editor.
Only complete applications will be accepted. Applications are considered complete when clicking, "Submit Application" on the final page. Once you click "Submit Application" you will be directed to a page confirming the application has been received.
Only one application per person will be accepted.
Uploading a headshot photo is optional, however, this will be required of the Top 50 Kids Coach Award recipients.
Candidates are subject to a background check.
