The staff of the Wisconsin Arts Board and Wisconsin Humanities are coming to Baraboo to host an informal brown-bag lunch meeting. We hope you can join us to learn more about our organizations and tell us more about what is happening in your region.

We invite you to bring your lunch and join us on Tuesday, September 24th from 11:30am – 1pm.

Thanks to the Sauk County UW Extension, Arts & Culture Committee for hosting this special get-together!

We’ll meet in It’ll be held in the County Board of Supervisors Boardroom on the third floor of the West Square Building in downtown Baraboo (505 Broadway, Room #326).

Whether you’re entirely new to our two state level agencies and our work, or you’ve known us for years, we look forward to seeing you!

WAB and WH staff will share:
  • a quick retrospective of our work with Wisconsin’s arts and humanities groups, artists, scholars, educators and community leaders in the past;
  • an update on our programs and opportunities available these days; and
  • ways you can be involved

What we look forward to hearing from you:
  • your perspective on what’s happening with the arts, humanities, culture and creativity in the Baraboo area - including the story of your own work there;
  • your knowledge of the regional resources and networks that are available now, or those you want to see in the future to strengthen your own work and that of others in the Baraboo area;
  • your sense of what people in the Baraboo area are concerned and excited about; and
  • your ideas about how our two agencies might be able to support the Baraboo area community.
