Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust Miscarriage Experience Survey

Miscarriage Information Support Services (MISS) is supporting Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) in gathering insights about the miscarriage experience (the loss of pregnancy prior to 20 weeks), and the benefits of commemoration. We are hoping to get community feedback and are seeking your valuable input. Our condolences for your loss.

The following short survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete. All responses and contact information will be kept strictly confidential.

We would love this survey to be far reaching and include as many communities as possible. Please feel free to share this link with friends and family. This survey will close Saturday, 1 July, 2023 at 5pm.

If you have any further questions or comments please contact community@smct.org.au
