Wearable Art Festival - Shortlisting Questionnaire (Junior <13yrs)

This questionnaire is to be completed by those who have registered into the Wearable Art Festival and competition in the junior category and hat or sculpture subcategory. Please provide the information below by 2 September 2024. The Information provided will assist judges in the shortlisting process. Shortlisted entrants will be contacted by WAF organisers via email by 16 September 2024.
