PACS Startup Problems

Intermittent but ongoing issues have been identified relative to PACS workstation start up. Specifically, it sometimes takes several restarts to get all applications (PACS, Powerscribe, Epic) loaded correctly and ready for report dictation, a frustrating and time consuming process. As an initial step, we would like to collect data on how often this problem occurs, when and where it happens and what the specific issues may be. 

Each time you have problems getting a PACS workstation to start up correctly, please fill out this brief survey. Responses will be shared with IT teams working to correct the problem.
