The SIOP Europe Imaging Working Group focusses on the general improvement of diagnostic imaging and image-guided therapies in children with cancer, both in daily patient care as well as in clinical trials and other research, and including introduction of new innovative imaging techniques and quality control issues relevant to the imaging community. The SIOP Europe Imaging Working Group will collaborate closely with all existing imaging committees within the different SIOPE Clinical Trial Groups and hopes to get involved in those relevant clinical trial groups and other subcommittees in which pediatric radiologists and nuclear medicine physicians are not yet involved.
Interested radiologists, nuclear medicine physicians, medical physicists and other imaging-related health professionals across Europe involved in the diagnostic imaging, and image-guided interventions and therapies in children with cancer are welcome to join the Working Group.
