Is the profile of the UK Adult Home Enterally fed population changing?
1.
About the survey
BAPEN would like to invite UK dietitians, home enteral feeding or nutrition support team members from any NHS Trust, health or social care setting to complete this survey about the profile of the UK adult enterally fed population.
Investigation of this client group, with specific regard to their diagnosis and demographics will help us describe the current profile of adults requiring home enteral feeding across the UK. We anticipate repeating this survey to enable BAPEN to monitor and report on changes and trends. This will provide useful data for service planning and benchmarking.
Your data will be reported anonymously within UK regions. Results will be published within BAPEN reports and may also be included in journal articles, used in communications, social media, presentations or similar. It will not be possible to withdraw responses once you have submitted your survey. Data will be stored by BAPEN for a maximum of 10 years, after which time the database will be deleted.
From our pilot work this survey should take less than 20 minutes to complete.
By way of acknowledging the time taken to complete the survey and share your anonymous data we would like to offer you the chance to receive a gift voucher. Details are available on completion of the survey.
