In 2023, Council approved a new strategic plan for the 2023-2026 term of Council. The 2023-2026 Strategic Plan is our guiding document which sets our direction for this term of Council. The Plan identifies Council's vision, mission, and guiding principles as well as the priorities that will be achieved by performing several action items. This Plan is the main document in defining the strategic goals and objectives that Council and Administration will deliver on over the term of Council. The Plan is available here: Strategic Plan

For each priority, four objectives have been identified. To achieve these objectives, Council has determined many action items to be completed over the term of Council. To realize our priorities, we need to complete the action items.
