Introduction

Our draft Business Plan and Budget for 2025/26 sets out the priorities that will underpin everything we do over the next 12 months and how we will deliver them within clear expenditure limits.

Our priorities outline how we will continue to serve our communities, protect our environment, drive our economy, and deliver a quality organisation that can meet the challenges of the future.

Developed to meet the needs of local communities, the priorities focus on improving services and achieving meaningful outcomes. They also serve as clear measures of success by which we can be held accountable.

We'd now like your views on our proposals. Your feedback will help inform the draft Business Plan and Budget before they are considered by Cabinet in February 2025.

Please use this opportunity to tell us what you think.
