Dear Community Group: The Town of Yarmouth has begun a process to better understand community needs for culture, parks, and recreation facilities and programs. You can provide your input toward this important study by answering the questions in this survey.

Please note the following:
- The survey takes approximately 7 minutes to complete.
- The deadline to respond to the survey is April 24, 2025.

- This study does not imply that any new facilities will be developed. All recommended actions in the plan will be subject to future funding constraints and priorities which will be evaluated by Town Council during annual budget deliberations.
