The Youngstown Air Reserve Station (ARS) Joint Land Use Study (JLUS) is a collaborative planning effort conducted between the townships of Vienna, Fowler, and Howland; Trumbull County; Youngstown ARS; and other affected stakeholders.

The purpose of the JLUS is to promote responsible land use near Youngstown ARS, accommodate compatible regional growth and economic development, protect public safety and quality of life, and sustain the Youngstown ARS mission in the long-term. The JLUS promotes understanding, collaboration and will result in a set of non-binding implementation recommendations based on the evaluation of a set of compatibility factors.

This short survey is designed to help the JLUS committees and project team gain insight into community sentiment regarding Youngstown ARS activities.

We appreciate your input and request that you do not complete this survey more than once. Your feedback on the Youngstown ARS JLUS is always encouraged through the project website, in person at JLUS public workshops, and via email CEGreen@co.trumbull.oh.us.

Thank you for participating. Your input is important!
