Peer Support Service Consultation

Notts SVSS has recently received funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to set up a new Peer Support Service. We are asking people what they think would be most useful to survivors attending Peer Support. If you have previously used our services or are nearing the end of support, there is also the chance for you to sign up to Peer Support at the end.

You can answer all, any or none of the questions, depending on what feels right for you.

What we will do with your responses
This survey will be open until 30th April and we will remove your answers from the Survey Monkey by 31st May. Anonymised responses will be used by us to design our services and so may be kept indefinitely. Where you have given your contact details, we will pass this onto the relevant staff member.

You can answer this survey anonymously, if you choose. If you do so, there will be information at the end telling you how you can register your interest in any groups going forwards.

You can read more on our privacy policy here: https://nottssvss.org.uk/privacy-policy/

While the survey questions are not intended to be triggering, support is available from:
Nottingham/Nottinghamshire 24 hr domestic and sexual violence helpline 0808 800 0340
Notts SVS Helpline 0115 941 0440 (not 24 hours)

1.Peer Support Groups
Peer support groups are run by and for survivors who have used our service. They are a useful space where people can support each other, try out new courses and activities, build up confidence and practice self-care. Staff will be present to help the sessions run smoothly.
