Office Space Licensing Interest Form - Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Survey

Thank you for your interest in licensing office space with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN)! MCN has two private offices and three cubicles available to license for use at our offices at 2314 University Ave W, Ste 20, Saint Paul, MN 55114, in addition to our larger training space (separate rental process outlined here). We expect that monthly costs in 2025 will be as follows: $850 per private office per month; $400 per cubicle per month.

Anticipating high demand, the first 20 applicants will be reviewed by MCN’s workplace operations committee, and we aim to follow up with interested parties within 2 weeks on next steps. Deadline: 12/2/24 or after 20 applications have been received.

Eligibility and more information:

Must be a current MCN nonprofit member
Must be a 501c3 organization or fiscally sponsored by a 501c3
Organization must have sound financials and be in good standing with the IRS, Secretary of State, and Attorney’s General’s Office (as applicable)
Organization must carry appropriate insurance (such as property, general liability)
Organization must align with MCN’s values and vision/mission and respect common sense community agreements regarding use of space
MCN prefers an organization who is interested in licensing two private offices and three cubicles for at least a year
