The CMRAO is collecting information from condominium management providers to better understand the roles and functions that CMRAO licensees play within the condo management industry.
 
This survey will inform the CMRAO on the proportion of licensees who perform the functions of an "on-the-ground" condo manager vs. those who generally perform back-office or corporate functions such as managing teams of other condo managers or acting in executive leadership positions.
