Join us for an empowering day-long workshop designed for young women from varied walks of life, age 16-20 who are passionate about civic engagement, and community organizing and activism. The YW-I Workshop will provide participants with valuable insights, skills, and resources to become effective leaders and advocates in their communities.

Award Information:
Each participant selected to attend the YW-I Workshop will receive a stipend of $150. This stipend is intended to support participants in covering any associated costs and to recognize their commitment to the program.

Application Deadline: August 1, 2024
Please submit your completed application, including the essay questions and letter of recommendation, no later than July 20, 2024. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Headshot and Bio
If selected to participate, you will be asked to provide a headshot and a brief bio for promotional purposes. This information will be used to introduce you to other participants and speakers during the event.

For participants under 18, we will ask you parent/guardian to sign a photo release form for YWCA Greenwich for may use these photographs and/or video recordings in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, social media, and other media outlets for promotional purposes.
