All potential participants must complete this form in its entirety, including indicating how their aircraft fit into the theme of innovation.

Please note that due to this year's WWII warbird presence, fewer GA aircraft will be accepted than in previous years. Filling out this application does not guarantee attendance at the event.

Information collected through this form is used to complete an application to participate in the National Air and Space Museum’s Innovations in Flight Day on June 14, 2025, and is used only to evaluate the applicant’s aircraft for participation. Information submitted is not shared with other entities.

The application will close on April 17, 2025. Accepted aircraft will be notified by April 28, 2025.

Any questions can be directed to Shannon Baldioli at BaldioliSM@si.edu.
