Introduction: This questionnaire is designed to gather information about your organization's current disaster recovery services and to identify areas where assistance is needed. By understanding your specific needs and challenges, we can provide support with identifying and placing temporary workers at your site to provide these services to the community.

Disaster services are made available to local non-profit and public organizations in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties under FloridaCommerce and Department of Labor (DOL) funding. To assist you with this process, CareerSource Hillsborough Pinellas (CSHP) has defined the following standard temporary employment positions or job descriptions below needed in disaster recovery.

In addition, CSHP has included a blank job description, where the organization may request an individual need or job position for consideration. Please select a standard position where applicable and indicate the number of temporary workers that may be needed for community recovery or complete the blank job description form for an position necessary for your organization and community recovery. Note, the descriptions are examples and not exhaustive of duties involved.
