Exit For the third year, NZ Adviser will recognise companies in the mortgage industry that excel above all others as employers. By participating, your company will have the opportunity to be distinguished as one of the best places to work, heightening its profile as an employer of choice in the industry. Please complete the following survey to put your organisation in the running as one of the Top Mortgage Employers in New Zealand.The successful companies will be featured on NZ Adviser's website and e-report.Entries close Friday, 21 June. Criteria: Any company established in NZ Adviser and within the mortgage industry, including lenders, aggregators, brokerages, tech providers Must have a minimum of 10 employees Process: The nomination process consists of two phases: an employer and an employee survey. Employer form: Employers must complete the following form for your organisation to be considered as a nominee. Note: Only ONE submission is needed per organisation Deadline: 21 June 2024 The Top Mortgage Employers in New Zealand - Employer form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you wish to return to your form before submitting, please press 'Exit' at the top right corner to save your progress and revisit the URL when you are ready to complete the form. Employee survey: In early June, nominated companies will be provided an a survey form to be shared internally for the employees to complete. Nominated companies will be contacted directly with a link to the employee survey. Organisations must meet the minimum number of employee survey responses to qualify for Top Mortgage Employers: Company size: 10 - 100 = minimum of 10 responses Company size: 101 - 500 = minimum of 20 responses Company size: 501+ = minimum of 50 responses Organisations will be evaluated by employees on a number of metrics, including benefits, incentives, employee development, culture and more. Companies that receive an 80% or higher satisfaction rating from their employees will be named Top Mortgage Employer.
