Carey Questionnaire on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
Carey encourages an inclusive environment for all staff and students. This questionnaire relates to your experiences and perceptions at Carey particularly those on equality, diversity, and inclusion which, in this survey, refer to sex, ethnicity and disability.
The results will be analysed and summarised to assess the current culture within Carey and contribute to improved practices for the whole Carey community. The questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Your answers will be treated in the strictest confidence, and every effort will be taken to make sure that individuals cannot be identified. An anonymised summary of the responses will be produced for the Management Team and held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
