Tuesday, May 3; 9:00-10:30am (1 ½ hours)
Held virtually via Zoom
Led by Laura Freebairn-Smith, Partner at Organizational Performance Group (OPG)
Workshop description: For many, the last two years have been challenging to say the least. Crises abound, including the COVID-19 pandemic, racial injustice, climate change, income inequality…the list goes on. And yet, as we recover, there is an opportunity to bounce forward rather than bounce back – to leverage what we have learned and seize the moment.
This workshop will help participants make sense of the events of the past two years in a way that supports them as individuals, and in turn, their organizations, to process what has happened and to identify positive outcomes and changes to sustain going forward.
Who should participate: Anyone, at any level of an organization
Participation notes: This workshop is highly interactive. While there may be opportunities to have your video off and to mute during the session, please join from a quiet space where you feel comfortable having your video and microphone on.
Registration: This session is being offered by FCCF’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence and is free to attend. If you would like to participate, please complete the registration form below by Friday, April 29th. Participation is capped and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
