The City of Miami LGBTQIA+ Community Survey

The City of Miami is working to become a place where LGBTQIA+ people can live, work, and thrive.

The purpose of this survey is to understand the perspectives and needs of the City’s LGBTQIA+ residents. The results from this survey will be used to inform the City’s LGBTQIA+ Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) Accelerator Plan. The goal of this plan is to develop community-informed recommendations for how the City can make its public spaces healthy and inclusive for LGBTQIA+ residents and create a greater sense of connection among its LGBTQIA+ residents and the larger community. This work is made possible by funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (the CDC) awarded to the City of Miami in partnership with the local nonprofit Urban Health Partnerships (UHP).

We are not collecting any identifiable information from you today. Your individual responses will be available to the City and UHP. A summary of all survey responses will be reported to project partners and the project funder, the CDC, and may be used for public communications related to the project.
