This survey is designed to gather information from individuals who may be eligible for temporary employment opportunities related to Hurricane Helene and Milton. By completing this survey, you can help us assess your eligibility and connect you with potential job openings and other services.

Note: Currently CareerSource Hillsborough Pinellas CSHP) has received funding from Florida Commerce to assist with disaster services for Hurricane Helene. CSHP anticipates additional funding to assist with disaster services for Hurricane Milton and is gathering information of job seeker need.

Additionally, to be considered for temporary employment opportunities, you would need to meet one of the following Disaster Eligibility criteria and be able to provide support documentation or self-attestation where permitted by FloridaCommerce. Please check below one or multiple applicable criteria:

Individuals who are temporarily or permanently laid off as a consequence of the disaster.

Self-employed individuals who become unemployed or significantly underemployed as a result of the disaster.

Other eligible dislocated workers as defined in WIOA section 3(15).
