your proposal to speak at the 2026 AANC Education & Legislative Conference.

Please consider submitting a proposal to speak at the 2026 AANC CONNECTed Conference.

Note, you can submit 1 topic only in this RFP. If you would like
to submit additional topics you will need to fill out an additional RFP.

The AANC CONNECTed Conference will be May 11-13, 2026 at the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, North Carolina. The conference is an education and trade show event, which historically has brought together over 700 multifamily housing professionals from across North Carolina, and beyond.

Based on historical data we estimate the attendance will be a majority of Onsite Associates and Regional Level roles. We also expect Directors/VP's/CEO's, Marketing, Training and Maintenance roles, and Independent Rental Owners.

Things to consider when preparing your proposal:
  • Deadline for submission is 11:59 PM on 5/15/2025.
  • The conference theme is to be determined. Anyone who submits an RFP will be notified once the theme has been selected.
  • Supplier Presenters: Company must be an event sponsor. Exception: If the supplier’s core work is speaking/training, they are exempt from this requirement.
  • Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
  • Breakout sessions occur on a Tuesday and Wednesday in our Conference.
  • All sessions will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center.
  • The nearest airport is Raleigh/Durham International Airport (RDU).
  • The conference hotel is the Marriott City Center located across the street from the Raleigh Convention Center.
  • If you would like to submit additional sessions, you will need to fill out another RFP (1 session per form).
  • If you are requesting a fee, please provide your fee for speaking 1 session and for speaking 2 sessions.
  • We ask that speaking fees include all travel costs (air, food, hotel, etc.).
Once the speaker submission deadline has closed, submissions will be reviewed and selected by the AANC Education Committee and AANC Staff. Once speakers have been selected, we will contact each speaker to sign the AANC speaker agreement and gather additional information; all speakers will be contacted by August 29, 2025.
