Emergency Management In-Person Training for Community Health Centers

CHCANYS Emergency Management team, through funding from the New York State Department of Health, is offering Emergency Management in-person training to community health centers across the state (except New York City). The training is currently available to those FQHCs who have not yet received an in-person T/TA visit from CHCANYS EM Team. 

This in-person training may be customized based on the current needs of the health center in emergency management. To get a better understanding of your health center's level of emergency preparedness and specific needs, please complete the following questionnaire.  

This T/TA visit will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
