SMRTAC PI Forum Workshop Survey

SMRTAC would like to hold a Performance Improvement (PI) Forum Workshop. Please respond to this survey to give the planning group feedback for the event planning. In past events, the PI Forum was a full day offered regionally, case presentations, breakout sessions, discussion on where Performance Improvement was needed.
