Do you know a visionary woman in the maritime industry? Nominate a colleague or yourself.

Marine Log presents our 2025 Top Women in Maritime, where we will recognize up to 20 women for their achievements in the maritime industry in our December issue. These outstanding women will be selected based on their leadership, vision, innovation, and accomplishments. In addition to being featured in the magazine, honorees will also be recognized at our live event in December, where we will celebrate their contributions to the industry. Selected nominations will be contacted for a brief interview prior to publication.

Eligibility:
- There is no limit on the number of entries each firm or person can submit, and there is no entry fee.
- Nominees may come from any area of the maritime industry (shipyards, associations, naval architecture, shipping, dredging, etc.)
- Candidates may nominate themselves.

Judging Criteria:
- Industry experience and education
- Leadership skills
- Industry contributions

Deadline: The deadline is July 1, 2025.

Headshots: If your nominee is selected as an honoree, we will be in touch to ask for a high-resolution (preferably 300 dpi or higher) headshot.
