YMCA Camp Sloper - 2020 Camper Evaluation

Greetings 2020 Sloper Families,

Another great summer is in the books!!! We hope your camp experience was one to remember and that all of your summer days were filled with FUN, ADVENTURE and TRADITION. This survey gives us a great opportunity to get some valuable feedback on how the summer went and what improvements we can make for the 72nd year.

We have made a continuing effort to improve both the facilities and programs throughout our 71 years of operation. One of the most valuable tools we use in this process is the following evaluation. Please take a moment to complete the evaluation with your family so we can continue to provide families with the quality camping program they deserve.

When you return your evaluation, we will send you a coupon that you can redeem for a free gift at the Southington or Cheshire Community YMCAs. Evaluations must be completed by October 1st. Coupons are only valid until December 31, 2020.

*For families with more than one camper, you can fill out the evaluation once to reflect the answers for all of your children or multiple times to reflect your answers for each child individually. Either way, you will receive a gift for each child who attended.
