YWCA Kalamazoo GOTV Volunteer Sign-Up!

YWCA Kalamazoo 2022 Get Out The Vote (GOTV) initiative is officially underway! This election year, it is vital that we are being civically engaged to build political power in our communities and ensure the experiences and needs of voters - especially voters of color, those who identify as LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized identities - are valued, represented, and made a priority by those we elect to public office.

With your help, we plan to engage 45,000 Kalamazoo County residents to Get Out The Vote and protect reproductive access in Kalamazoo County! YWCA Kalamazoo is firmly committed to reproductive justice as a framework. The inherent right to parent or not parent in a safe and sustainable community is integral to our mission of eliminating racism and empowering women! Every single one of us should be able to live, work, and make decisions about our health and our future with dignity and respect.

We ask that you join the fight to support reproductive justice and the human right to bodily autonomy!! With your help, we can fight to hold our public officials accountable and ensure they remain firmly in solidarity with our community and the future of reproductive health care access!
