Congratulations on your acceptance of an enrolment position at Bardon Kindy for your child/ren in 2022. We are happy to welcome your child, yourself and your family to our organisation. Bardon Kindy has been providing the Bardon community high quality education and care for over 70 years. Our highly dedicated and educated staff strive to provide rich, authentic and meaningful learning and living experiences for all our enrolled students each and every day. 
 
The following enrolment form has been designed to provide us with all the required information and permissions to complete your child's enrolment. Following the completion of the form, we will require you to sign an enrolment agreement.  
 
All information submitted in this form will be treated confidentially and will only be used for Bardon Community Kindy teaching and administrative purposes and where required, government reporting.
 
All information submitted in this form can be accessed from the Bardon Kindy office on request if needed for update or review.
