DV/SV Immigration TA Call Survey

General Description: The DV/SV Immigration Technical Assistance Calls are offered to advocates, case managers, and other service providers working with victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. These calls provide the opportunity to speak with Standpoint’s immigration attorney and experienced legal advocates about legal issues they encounter in their work with immigrant victims/survivors, including safety planning considerations, accessing public benefits, determining immigration status, and potential legal remedies. Additionally, the hope is that these calls will help build a supportive community of service providers working with immigrant victims/survivors of violence.

Who Should Attend? The Technical Assistance Calls are meant for advocates, case managers, and other service providers (such as social workers, educators, healthcare providers, etc.) This call is not meant for attorneys or other legal providers, who should continue to contact Standpoint for advice and technical assistance via our Action Line at 800-313-2666 or 612-343-9842.
