In 2017, Winchester's Town Meeting created WinPower, a community electricity program for its residents. Run by the Town, WinPower combines the buying power of Winchester residents to provide more renewable electricity at competitive rates. Winchester recently announced a new contract that guarantees even lower rates for the next three years.
