The balance between candidate sourcing challenges, managing priorities and maximising efficiencies demands a robust approach to recruitment and talent acquisition.
In this survey, we want to understand the current state of business operations and which sourcing channels and techniques you are currently using. Your input will form part of the Candidate Attraction 2024/25 report, which will help us to identify insights into the changing landscape of the candidate attraction trends in the UK recruitment market.
The survey should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete and can be completed anonymously, by both in-house and agency recruiters. As a thank you for your invaluable help you will have the option of entering a prize draw to win a £200 Amazon voucher at the end of the survey.
