Ohio YMCA Leadership Conference Request for Scholarship Funds

Please fill out the attached forms for consideration for the scholarship to attend the 2025 Ohio YMCA Leadership Conference.

One YMCA Staff member and one volunteer from each Y may be eligible for financial assistance. A limited number of awards are available. Please obtain approval from your CEO to attend the conference BEFORE applying for scholarship funds.

Upon receipt of a scholarship, the recipient must officially register for the conference prior to the registration deadline of March 1, 2025.
