We're on the lookout for the top handicapper from colleges all across the US. Here's how the competition will work:

Participants chosen will select one best bet and up to two extra bets each week throughout the college football season (must be spread or totals picks)
Each correct best bet will be worth two (2) points and each extra bet will be worth one (1) point
At the end of the promotion period, the points will be totaled and $15,000 in cash prizes will be distributed to the top handicappers
