Welcome to the registration form for Broadway Theatre League of Utica’s screening of The Polar Express through our UticaWorx Program!

Join us on Tuesday, December 17th, at 10:30 AM at the historic Stanley Theatre in Utica, NY for a special holiday experience. For just $5 per child, students in grades K-3 can enjoy this classic film on the big screen. A limited number of chaperone spots are available at no charge. Students are encouraged to wear their pajamas—just like the characters in the movie! Space is limited, and completing this form does not guarantee your reservation. A member of the Broadway Utica team will reach out to confirm if your group is selected to attend.
