INPUD Survey on the Health & Rights of People Who Use Drugs in a COVID-19 Environment
Welcome to INPUD's Survey
At this difficult time, the International Network of People Who Use Drugs (INPUD) is committed to supporting its diverse communities during and beyond COVID-19 through the collection and reporting of information on the experiences, needs and aspirations of people who use drugs globally. To this end, INPUD’s peer-driven research aims to:
To understand how people who use drugs experience and emerge from COVID-19 induced change, disruptions and official emergency powers.
To document and monitor human rights violations, service disruptions and other difficulties experienced by people who use drugs associated with COVID-19 responses.
To capture and document the adoption of responses that address the needs of people who use drugs to inform advocacy and to protect these gains in the post-COVID-19 environment.
INPUD will use the information collected for its work at the global level including its advocacy and reporting to UN agencies and other relevant organisations. The information will also be shared in regular reports to the INPUD website and to regional, national and local networks of people who use drugs to support their work on the ground in these contexts.
Completion of this online survey will take 20 - 30 mins. All data will be securely stored by INPUD. We appreciate your contribution and support of this important research. All reports produced from this research will be uploaded to the INPUD website at: www.inpud.net but if you would prefer reports to be sent to you directly, there will be an option in the survey to provide an e-mail address.
