Job Descriptions:
We are looking for a multifaceted professional to assume the roles of Business Analyst, Public Relations Officer, and Administrative Support. This unique position is perfect for someone skilled in data analysis, adept at handling external and internal communications, and capable of ensuring efficient office management. The candidate should be organized, possess strong multitasking abilities, and exhibit excellent communication capabilities.

- Conduct detailed analysis of business data to inform decision-making at strategic and operational levels.
- Develop reports and presentations summarizing analysis outcomes for executive review.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process improvements and implement analytical solutions.
Public Relations Officer:
- Manage all company communications and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.
- Handle company paperwork, including regulatory and compliance documentation.
- Oversee the registration and updating of vendor details and manage tendering platforms to support business procurement processes.
- Engage in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and fostering growth.
Administrative and Office Support:
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Support team members with various logistical needs to enhance office functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, public relations, and administrative support.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in information synthesis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in business intelligence and tender management software.
- Independent worker and proactive problem solver.
