Introduction

Icon is conducting an update of the 2022 Conservation Salaries Survey to gain an accurate understanding of income levels across the conservation profession. This will complement our broader labour market intelligence research. The results of this research will inform our updated salaries report and support our policy and advocacy efforts.

The survey is designed to gather information from both salaried conservators and those who work freelance or as company directors.
