Bear Valley Community Services District has partnered with the Executive Recruiting Firm, WBCP, Inc. to conduct the recruitment process for the District’s next General Manager. As community members and key stakeholders in this process, we would like to hear your thoughts regarding desirable qualities and characteristics we should be looking for when recruiting for the General Manager.
