Training Request Form

Once you submit the form, we will analyze your request and define a training program based on your needs. We will then contact you with a price estimation and to determine the estimated time-frame for training delivery. Please note that the training consists of modules which include both theory and practical exercises. The modules themselves are not customizable, to ensure a consistent level of quality and planning.

The overall duration and pricing of the training is determined based on the topics selected. Please note that the training program is set up with both theory and practical exercises in mind, meaning that each module can take multiple hours to complete, depending on complexity and amount of attendees. The practical parts are not optional. A more complex training program will be split over multiple days.

Manage our equipment (set up, create combinations, stock management)

Solve equipment shortages using Rentman

Set up our crew (set up costs, manage access and roles etc)

Plan crew and vehicles on projects and shifts (incl. inviting crew and freelancers to jobs)

Create and manage complex projects from start to finish (multiple venues, multiple warehouses, longer duration etc)

Create quotes, contracts and invoices

Manage equipment in the warehouse (Scan QR/RFID codes, know where your equipment is)

Customize document templates (to create better looking documents)

Understand how to pull reports on revenue and costs

Use the maintenance module to document defective or lost equipment and manage periodic inspections

Should you prefer to welcome a trainer to your offices, further costs will apply based on travel duration and potential accommodation needs. This option is subject to availability of our trainers and we cannot guarantee that we can visit you at the desired time.

Pricing: Each training hour is billed at €120 or US$150. (minimum 2 hour duration)
For trainings on location, further costs apply based on travel duration and method, as well as potential accommodation needs.
