Co-Location Survey

Dear Community Partner,

As Counselling and Support Services of S.D.&G. and S.D.&G. Developmental Services Centre move toward a formalized amalgamation, we are beginning to explore interest and feasibility of a co-location/community hub model with our community partners.  This survey is intended to generate feedback regarding co-location in the city of Cornwall.

The following list outlines some of the many benefits of co-location and community hubs:
  • Increased access to grant funding
  • Shared resources leading to less overhead costs
  • Increased accessibility for clients
  • Community collaboration and innovation space
