Application to join the 2023 Urban Farmer Cohort

This program includes training, tools, plants and seeds, and access to growing space for selected growers who need it. Participants will leave with an understanding of the New Orleans Urban Food System and how to grow food, flowers, or herbs in it! This program is a collaborative endeavor with Recirculating Farms as part of a Beginning Farmers and Rancher Program and celebrations surrounding graduation as well as paperwork workshops are supported by the Farm Service Agency of the USDA.
